The Session

When an organization becomes the leader in its industry, it is faced with the challenge of maintaining and defending its position.  When this position has been achieved through rapid growth, the old company culture may not be appropriate.

Using a culture assessment model, Rich will present a case study of one of his clients who is currently facing this culture change challenge.  You will have the opportunity to prescribe your possible O.D. solutions to help the organization continue to grow and keep its leadership position, and hear the approaches and outcomes Rich has applied at this point.

Join us for a lively interactive session around assessment and intervention strategy.

This session will provide the opportunity to:

  *  Learn a new model for cultural assessment (Goffee/Jones)
  *  Build practice in organizational assessment
  *  Gain awareness of the impact of organizational politics
  *  Devise change strategies
  *  Discuss applications in similar situations you may be facing.
