Our members include a diverse mix of internal and external OD Consultants, University professors, executive coaches, HR professionals, Training & Development professionals, and students.
Many of our members are senior OD Practitioners with 10-20 years experience in the field and have diverse specialties including: organization development, leadership development, training and development, and coaching. We also have members who are new to OD and interested in learning more about it.
