Additional Details :
Professional Membership:
- Individuals who are engaged in the profession of Organization Development (OD) as an internal/external consultant, a professor, or are engaged in fields of work closely related to OD, including: executive coaches, HR professionals, training and development, performance consultants.
- Professional members may vote, serve on committees and hold office on the Board of Directors.
Corporate Membership:
- Individuals who are engaged in the profession of Organization Development (OD) as either:
- a full-time, exempt employee in an internal corporate/government agency OD consultant role
- a full-time, exempt employee in an OD consulting firm
- a full-time, exempt employee (professor) at a local university/college
- Corporate Members may vote, serve on committees and hold office on the Board of Directors
Student Membership:
- Individuals who are actively enrolled in OD, Behavioral Sciences, I-O Psychology programs at an accredited collage or university, and who maintain 9 units in a Bachelor’s degree- or Master’s degree program
- Student Members may serve on committees, but may not vote or hold office on the Board of Directors.
