The Session

Have you ever had a conversation with someone who ended up having no idea what you were saying?  And you were both speaking English?  If so, it is likely you were speaking with someone whose native language is not English. Now, more than ever, it is important for professionals in all areas of a company to fully develop their skills to be successful in a multi-cultural environment. With non-US countries around the world leading the way in population growth, we all need to gain a deeper understanding on how to see things from another perspective.

For OD and Learning professionals it is imperative!

Please join us as Patty McKay shares her insights on how to be a successful OD practitioner in a non-US owned company. She will use data, anecdotes and humor to bring this topic to life.  Patty will share her approach at LG that has contributed to LG becoming #2 in the U.S. market.

Topics to be covered include:
  - The message from the CEO
  - The President’s focus
  - DO approach to the senior management team
